Un grand nombre de travaux de recherche menés sur la question de Palestine depuis une vingtaine d’années a révélé la fragmentation du paysage politique palestinien. Cette littérature souligne le rôle qu’Oslo a joué dans l’exacerbation de la division du champ politique palestinien. La création de l’autorité palestinienne (AP) a notamment favorisé l’émergence de nouvelles dynamiques politiques et de nouvelles sources de pouvoir et de légitimité, incarnées par le conflit entre le Fatah et le Hamas, lequel domine la politique palestinienne depuis 2007. La création de l’AP a également favorisé un processus d’accumulation de capital et une restructuration des classes sociales après 1993. Aussi, la dispersion des Palestiniens à travers le monde, la superposition des réalités juridiques nationales et internationales et la diversité des acteurs dans le conflit ont contribué à multiplier les pôles et les ressources du pouvoir. La difficulté d’appréhender l’ensemble de ces réalités politiques nous a conduit à interroger les sources nouvelles des pouvoirs en Palestine, les mécanismes à travers lesquels ils s’exercent et les dynamiques qu’ils produisent.

Les propositions ne devront pas dépasser 4 000 signes (espaces compris). La proposition doit être accompagnée d’un titre (même provisoire) et d’une courte biographie de l’auteur.

Les articles ne doivent pas dépasser 25 à 30 000 signes (espaces compris). Sous le titre de l’article, donner le nom de l’auteur et son ancrage institutionnel, ainsi qu’un résumé de 5 à 10 lignes (avec une traduction en anglais). Le texte doit être saisi en Times New Roman, taille 11 avec un interligne. L’intégralité des consignes et les normes éditoriales de la revue sont disponibles ici.

Over the past two decades a great deal of research on the question of Palestine has pointed to a fragmentation of the Palestinian political landscape, divisions exacerbated by the Oslo Accords. The ensuing establishment of the Palestinian Authority (PA), in particular, fostered the emergence of new political dynamics and new sources of power and legitimacy, embodied in the conflict between Fatah and Hamas that has dominated Palestinian politics since 2007. The creation of the PA also encouraged a process of capital accumulation and a restructuring of social classes after 1993. Moreover, the dispersion of Palestinians across the world, the superposition of national and international legal realities and the diversity of actors in the conflict have contributed to the multiplication of sources and resources of power. This complex set of factors has prompted questions regarding new sources, mechanisms and flows of power in Palestine, as well as resultant dynamics.

Proposals should not exceed 4000 characters (spaces included). The proposal must be accompanied by a title (even if provisional) and a short biography of the author.
